Kubba Consultants was established in Baghdad, Iraq in 1989 by a group of British educated professionals with disciplines in Economics, Business administration and Engineering.

The firm quickly excelled to establish itself as prominent financial and business consultants in Iraq providing extensive services to private businesses and public departments. Its system approach, in-depth analysis, extensive information search, systematic qualitative and quantitative market surveys, and the utilization of Information Technology brought satisfaction and success to its numerous clients.

Despite the exigencies of wars, the group was able to diversify its activities in 1995. Through a subsidiary group, Al-Aman Financial Service (link), made an entry into the Baghdad Stock Exchange and the newly emerging financial market in Iraq. In 1997 the firm went into a process of streamlining and restructuring. A separate IT division was established and a partnership was forged with a sister firm, Ur Consultants, in Amman, Jordan.

KC today is a leader in the design, development and commissioning of Financial Information Systems. With fifteen years of experience in this field and a partnership with leading IT international companies such as Oracle, KC is very well positioned to provide up-to-date state-of the art Electronic FMIS. KC has commissioned Oracle based Multi-currency banking suites, General Ledger Systems, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable packages.

As an affiliate of KC, Iraq Satellite Systems was established in 2003 to offer communication and VSAT internet services. Tens of LAN, wireless WAN and VSAT internet systems has been provided by the company. Iraq Satellite Systems is the official distributor of Web-Sat technology and has a partnership with Storage Continuity Co of the US.
